Right now I am taking Nitrotech/Cell tech stack to try to gain mass quickly. Is this a good idea?

Hope you don't mind me jumping in on this one, Ron...

Love your profile. First of all, supps will do jack if you are not eating, training, or sleeping enough. Get these three in line first before you start getting into supplement use.

That being said, a blended protein (a milk and egg mix, for example) is the best for an all around, throughout the day type protein. There are better proteins on the market, and for a lot less cash, than Nitrotech.

In regards to creatine: stick with just the old-fashioned, plain white powder. It's a lot less expensive, does the same or better, and doesn't pack in a ton of empty calories due to simple sugars.

Hope that helps.......
