Dear ft members,
I am searching for a nutritional program that will accomidate my vegetarian diet. I do not drink milk, or eat meat or eggs. Are there any other vegans out there who can help me find some resources (I hope I'm not alone!)
Thanks!

There are quite a few vegetarians that participate on this site. Type vegetarian in the search box in the upper section and you'll wind up with several pages of questions and answers. Welcome to the site

Ahhh...so not vegetarian recipes, but vegan recipes.
Tofu. Learn to cook with it. Get a bunch of cookbooks. Also, soy protein powder mixed with berries & soy milk. Nuts, peanut butter.
In addition the the search mike suggested, you might want to google "vegan bodybuilders" or "vegan weight lifting".
As far as actual daily menus...that's tough. Even omnivores have to create their own individuatl plans. :)

Just be careful when you do a search for "vegan bodybuilders" and the such - you may just end up in my home town.........LOL!

Yes substitute everything with Tofu, grains and nuts. You'll need to eat quite a lot before being able to put on lean muscle mass. Please fill in your profile.
Oh Rev, we'll stay away from Las Vegas and its buffets for this time (o; (how do you control those gigantic eating parties anyway?!!)
