I've returned to my strength training through here and just had to tell those people who would understand my excitement.
Since returning to my strength program, my squat is at 425 for 4 reps, and on my leg press I hit 1040 lbs. It was awesome!!! My deadlift is 405 and I'm working on my chest and upper body. -------------- The meek shall inherit the Earth, but the strong and muscular will carry them through it! That which does not kill me can only make me stronger. |

Fryer,
It is a personal record for me. This coming Sunday it's my first exercise...so I'm looking to exceed that. I'll keep everyone posted. Nice job on the PR! Keep pumping. My PR on the leg press is 1435. I gave it up because it was hard on my IT bands though. But, I always liked the pump I could get out of it for my quads. Do you need a bench workout?

New PR!!!!! 1190 for 4, 15 sec rest pause and 3 more. So I'm going to push for even more next week. I had to lower my squat because it was my second exercise and I was exhausted.
My bench hit 275 for 4, the highest in years as well. -------------- The meek shall inherit the Earth, but the strong and muscular will carry them through it! That which does not kill me can only make me stronger. |

Another PR today. I know that to some they may not be impressive, but I'm very happy with my new progress.

Yesterday was another PR, and I am just simply amazed. 1215 lbs on the leg press after my 4 sets of squats.

Hey, i have a question about that "pump" thing!What is Pump?
Should i do that if i want to develope muscle or is this for strengt, i think im preety intermediate, so i could need help |

that pump feeling wont really help you get any stronger, and if your a powerlifter it may mean that your doing to many reps or not getting enough rest time between sets. that pump is really just the plasma in your muscles being released, and isn't a long term thing, although sme people use it to determine how hard they've been working-------------- \"I get up in the morning around six to run for about an hour.
