I really want to focus on flattening my stomach.I am in pretty good shape but I look as tho I am pregnant.I hate it. I living in a rainy area and would like to do excercises at home.Any suggestions?

Hello and welcome to ft. Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce in just one area but with a good, clean diet and exercise you can lower your body fat % which means a flatter tummy. Seems that area is a magnet for fat on most people. Many people have made tremendous progress working out at home. Invest in a set of inexpensive dumbells. The kind with the interchangeable plates would be best. If you want to add cardio but can't get out, a treadmill or an aerobics video will work fine or you can walk at the mall. Go to the exercise resources section, enter your goals, and you should get a routine that will build muscle and in turn increase your metabolism. As for diet, search the message boards and follow the advice/suggestions given. Start slow, have patience and by the New Year you should be looking at a newer, improved you. Good Luck.
