Well, Sandys mom passed away Saturday morning. Hopefully we will have Sandy (sandysford for those of you who don't know her)back on the boards soon. (and back home!) It has been trying times, but now it is over, and she is already talking about a 12 week workout/diet for competition. Hip Hip Hooray!

My sympathy goes out to both of you guys.
But now, I almost feel sorry for Sandy's competition!

I wasn't around when all this started but have a fair idea from you post what transpired. My best wishes and thoughts to both of you.

The statement that there are not words at a time like this are so true. You and Sandy are in my thoughts and prayers.

Give Sandy my best. I used to work in Hospice and know what a trying and draining (for you also), yet strangely rewarding time this has been for her. Most of us aren't present to see our loved ones leave this world. I know it has been hard on her, but she will be a better person for having gone through this and will come back stronger. Looking forward to having her back.

Thanks to all of you who sent out your prayers and thoughts for my mother and I. My husband, my family and my friends are the ones who help me through each day. All of you are like family and friends to me. I am back and 20 lbs heavier because I ate to get her to eat and I couldn't leave her to get to the gym. I hit the gym today and started a new diet. 12 weeks program. She was very proud of my weight loss and I plan to come back to be even better than I was before. Thank you again for you support and prayers, Sandy
