Currently i use optimum 100% WHEY protein and optimum creatine. I lift 3-5 times a week. im in football and basketball and i need to get alot bigger. I lifted alot last year and didnt get that great of results. Im 6'3 and about 160. i have gotten alot taller in the last year. but not alot of mass gained. i need to gain weight and muscle. thanks for the help
Well I have no idea what your diet is or your workout schedule is like, but the obvious answer is eat more. Take a look at what you are eating make sure you are eating a lot of the right foods. After your diet is in line, the gains will come.
