When you're doing exercise like pushups, crunches, and calf raises, how much weight do you put into the "Input Weight Used" spot? Or should I just leave it empty?
Also, I tried to do Home Squats exactly like the description says and found it totally impossible. I can only do them if (a) my back is against a wall (b) there is a chair under my butt or (c) I lift my heels off the floor each time. Sigh...is this an exercise that I will eventually be able to do with practice or can some people just not do it properly?

Unless you are actually using weights, just input "0" into the spot.
As for the sqauts... from what I understand you are supposed to put the weight on your heels and lift back up with you heels. I don't think a chair is a bad idea if you're just starting out as it'll stop you from going to low, which you don't want to do... keep the back straight and lift yourself up with your thighs.
Not sure if all of that is correct, but that's what I've been able to understand when it comes to the squats. Anybody else have any ideas?

Hee hee. I was hoping I could put my body weight into that spot.
I also tried the squats again tonight and I think I'm getting it. I managed to do them without falling over backwards and I could really feel some burning.
Thank you for the help.

ellsey, do a fit buddy search on squats. Rev8ball and Gatomede have written some good stuff about it. The weight you enter should be 0. But if you want to have fun with your exercise charts input a hundred pounds or two.
