I have just finished my second Body for Life Challenge. I have hit a platau and would like to lose 5 - 8% body fat.

Welcome to the site and congrats on your accomplishments. If you have repeated the same program (exercise routine in BFL) that could be one of the reasons, as our muscles get used to the same movements.
You may also want to tweak your P/C/F and you will probably reach your goal.
