I have decided enough fat already, so I joined a gym and started working out. I am so glad I found this site because you have to spend about $100 an hour for a trainer to give you a program. I didn't want to feel like I was spinning in circles.
Any other newbies out there?

Hi delzakiya. I'm also a newbie. The gym I joined is part of the local recreation center here and there are no trainers. I'm hoping to learn all I can (this site is fantastic) before I set foot in the gym because I'm afraid I'll just wander around looking lost. I'm currently doing the Home Training program and I hurt so I know it's working. Congratulations on deciding no more fat and good luck!

Hi Delores, I don't even officially start till this Monday. I have a 7 month old and am doing the at home workout myself. My hubby left 2 weeks before our daughter was born and will be home two weeks before she turns one, I am trying to get sexy for him and I am tired of all the extra me there is. Keep us updated, I need a lot of motivation, knowing you are working hard to helps me to push on.

Hey, Delores.

Wow, $100 for a trainer? I must be working in the wrong area.... LOL Actually, a personal trainer can be costly, but unless you are getting a HIGHLY advanced program, it shouldn't cost $100 p/hour. It does depend where you live, though, and what the program entails.

Anyway, I am a personal trainer in Jacksonville, FL, and would be happy to answer any questions that anyone has.

Happy Saturday!
