Ok two questions. First, my first week plan has the same exercises on all my train days...is that right? Second, since i have only a walking treadmill and a 7 month old, I try to walk between 2-4 miles a day. Should I not walk on my rest days or is it ok to do it everyday, I made it part of my nightly routine. Feed baby, lay baby down, do homework, walk, bath, sleep.

If you are following a full body workout every other day, that would be correct. Many starting routines will have you work, say Legs, Chest, shoulders, arms, back on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. But if you are doing the same exercises on consecutive days, like Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday then there's something wrong. Hard to tell without seeing it. As long as you are doing your walking AFTER your workouts you should be alright. Good for the cardio system. However, take a day or two off from exercise once a week. (Even on my rest days I take a BRIEF walk after my noon meal. Makes me feel better.) Else you will burnout and it will be counterproductive in the long run. Many peopl experience burnout because they try to do to much at first and they lose interest. It can also lead to a condition known as 'overtraining'. Search this topic for more info. Good Luck.
