Hi All,
Over here in south africa gym training can be expensive. SO I went out and bought a compact home gym cage, the one with selectable weight rack. I know that to the gym pro this is a no go, but anyway. My question is, where can I find specific or near enough, training plans that will suit this type of equipment, or does some one know how to substitute.

Zorob,
I wouldn't worry as much about finding exercises that are specific to the equipment that you have. Instead, I would look for information on exercise MOTIONS. A lot of the motions are very similiar, but just done in different ways, i.e. - free weights vs. machines.
Get yourself a good list of exercise movements/patterns, and then just apply them to the equipment that you have available.

With regard to what Aaron said, check out www.exrx.net. That site has good resources on the motions to use. Very similar to what ft pro offers.

HA! Don't sweat it, Laney! You'll be surprised how fast your brain and your muscles learn to work together to do fairly complicated things! :)

Laneylou, the simple fact that I am typing this proves Aaron's point.
