The first exercise I learned from my husband was pushaways, Do you remember BB, The Thanksgiving I went to my dad's just after we met? What a great exercise????:)

Probably THE most important exercise and certainly one of the most difficult. Just make sure you use proper form when doing the 'pushaway'. Sometimes you have to push REAL hard!

You are right, use proper form. The number one exercise is pushaways...that is, when you feel full, push away from the table! You don't have to keep eating just because it is there.
