Hey i was wondering.. should I continue to take Creatine even if I'm going into my leaning cycle? or would it just make me bulkier and give me excess fat? Thanx!
Creatine does not make you fat. What it will do is make you appear more "pumped" due to water retention. I say yes you can take creatine during a leaning cycle. Keep your diet in check and all things will be fine.
