just wanted to say thank you to laneylou and all the others who gave me some adive on how to lower my fat intake. i replace the granola bar with a container of fat free yogurt, and added oranges to my daily routine. not only did doing this lower my fat intake, but it also upped my calcium and vitamin c. also, switched from bacon, so chicken sausage(my husband still gets his special breakfast meat, and doesn't know it's chicken) so, thanks again guys!!

hahaha tricky tricky! ;) Cool beans CristalBelle. You're making me hongry! heheh Another thing you might try since you like the chicken sausage is instead of having hamburger get ground turkey. They sell it at Wal-Mart and it tastes just fine.
Try putting 1/2 of a Lipton Onion Soup mix package in hamburgers. It makes it taste WONDERFUL!

don't think i could convince him it was hamburger on that one. maybe half and half would work. I have heard of the onion soup in hamburgers, might have to try it one of these days. any ideas on eggs? what works, like do 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites instead of 4 whole eggs??
