Need some help with a grocery list

I need some help here i need some help with what foods i should buy, i'm trying to put on the weight muscle mass that is. I need enough to last me about a month, i'm going to be home from school so i want to try and continue eating good but i want to eat even better. If you guys could give me an idea of what i should eat for breakfast lunch and dinner that would be great.

Our grocery list hardly ever varies, Chicken Breast (Bet you wouldn't have guessed that one, about 20 lbs aweek) Lean beef cuts, Green leafy veggies, Black beans and black eyed peas, Pas. egg whites, Eggs, and more eggs about 5 dozen aweek, stuff to make salads, sometimes that nasty no fat milk, salsa, and hot sause, yogurt, oatmeal, frozen strawberries and blueberries and if we are at the health food store, we only buy our bread there.
