Our grocery list hardly ever varies, Chicken Breast (Bet you wouldn't have guessed that one, about 20 lbs aweek) Lean beef cuts, Green leafy veggies, Black beans and black eyed peas, Pas. egg whites, Eggs, and more eggs about 5 dozen aweek, stuff to make salads, sometimes that nasty no fat milk, salsa, and hot sause, yogurt, oatmeal, frozen strawberries and blueberries and if we are at the health food store, we only buy our bread there.
