I don't know what the calories or carbs or anything are on this but it's AWESOME! I've won several awards with this in recipe contests. It's very low fat except for the walnuts...so maybe you can think of something to put in instead of walnuts!
The entire recipe is as follows:
2 cups boiled boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 container of fat free cool whip
1 cup grapes cut in half
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup celery finely diced
1/2 onion finely diced
Put it on fat free crackers or wheat crackers and it's WONDERFUL!!!!!! The first bite will make you think EEEK that's very different tasting. But then you're hooked and you'll love it.
