I am new here so I apologize if this has already been out there!
I need your help. I have started this program for a couple of weeks and like it , but just wondering if any of you have any tips for really "cutting" muscles in my arms. They are Big enough and there is muscle there so dont want to get any bigger, just less flabby with more definition. Can you help?
Are you on the lean muscle mass program? That may be best if you don't want any more mass. Also look to your diet and ensure you are eating within your parameters. It sounds like your body fat may just need a bit of a reduction. Do you do your cardio after your weights? That will help a great deal.

yes i do about 25-35 minutes about 3 times a week. I have dropped about 10 lbs and would like to drop another 10. So just shed the pounds and keep lifting light with lots of reps and that should do it?
