Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

Hey,

I just joined a new gym today... When I was filling out the paperwork for membership, I glanced and saw a stand full of Apex stuff across the room...

I didn't have the chance to check it out, so what is Apex? I take it is, is a supplement company, through a post I searched and found on this site.

Has anyone used Apex, what were your results?

Did you join 24 Hour Fitness (or one of its subsidiaries)? If so, they're going to try cramming Apex products down your throat. There are also some independent chains that support Apex. Same deal most likely.

1. Tell them to get lost. There are better brands.

2. Never pay retail. Retail sucks.

That said, they've got some trainers that should be beneficial to you if you decide you want to go that route. Just don't expect good supplement advice, and be careful of what you're signing.
