as of now im on the 3 day program here on ft for muscle mass gain and im about halfway threw the 8 week program...well im goin to start having more free time to hit the gym ...prob be able to go m-f ....now my question is should i scrap the program that im on now and set up a new one now that i can go more often or should i stick it out with the 3 days a week until im done it?
