Welcome to freetrainers and please fill in your profile. We will be able to give you better info.
\If you keep that diet up you might have some nasty problems. I don't see any protein in the diet or any good carbohydrates, or good fat. Check out the nutrition plans on this sight. You will probably get very sick eating that way. Try adding exercise to your lifestyle also. -------------- "A will finds a way" Ivan Montreal Canada |

Carivan is right on. With this diet you will gain, but much of it is going to be weight you don't want. You are going to have insulin surges all day, this is very bad. Storage of you know what, plus it will ruin your muscle insulin sensitivity.-------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

Try raising your calories in a sensible way. You must know what your maintenance calories are to set up a realistic diet. When you have this figure, drop all the junk and raise your calories in small amounts for a sensible weight gain with minimal fat. 250 calories per day over is a good start, keep doing this till you start gaining, leave it there till the gaining stops, and then readjust again. What Carivan says is exactly right. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... |

try going with around 15 calories per pound of bodyweight to start and add the 250 like bb1fit said.
Eat good carbs, good fats, and protein to suffice. Do some quality exercise and you will gain and put on good lean mass. Again, please fill out your profile, and good luck. -------------- "A will finds a way" Ivan Montreal Canada |

I agree with the general sentiments in this thread. You're gonna need a lot more than 15 calories per pound of bodyweight, though.

You need "REAL" food meestar2000. TAke away the power bar change it for a healthier snack, and what is that thicken powder? Eat real food and supplement if you really have to.-------------- "A will finds a way" Ivan Montreal Canada |

Try doing a search on line for the equipment. You can probably get some good stuff in that range. I couldn't help you with that as I am not familiar with what is available in your area. Up here they sell ski-doos and hockey sticks this time of year.
Keep up the good eating and train. -------------- "A will finds a way" Ivan Montreal Canada |

Well if you are in Mtl, you might want to try a place called Boomerang. They sell used pro eqipment.
They are on Devonshire Road if you know where that is. -------------- "A will finds a way" Ivan Montreal Canada |
