So I went in to change my exercise program from KG to LBS, somehow I reset my workout plan. Even worse, my new program is now 8 week instead of 12 week, instead of 6-7 exercises per day, it now only shows 1-2 per day. My nutrional goals are still exactly the same. What is going on? If I start doing this program will it still help, I mean what could 1 or 2 exercises per day do?

The twelve week program is a mass program. The reps are probably different, probably less. The idea is to lift heavier weights for less reps. This program is for people desiring to gain muscle mass. Most who follow this program have different nutritional goals which require them to eat alot of food in order to gain. From your previous posts I don't think this is what you are after at this time. Unless you stay with this program you will have to start over. Go to the profile section and re-enter your goals and information. Be sure to select the 8 week program and also select the 'special ab program'. Again you will have to start over but you should be fine. As long as you are consistent you won't lose a thing as far as your fitness goes. Most of us have done the same thing. Hope this helps.
