Sorry about all my posts, I am just full of questions. I re-did my goals. I clicked on the at home 8 week program and the 12 week ab program but my chart still only shows 8 weeks. Aside from my cardio, I am only supposed to do ONE leg exercise on Monday. I still have to eat 2065 calories. Here I go again. I will follow this but I have to admit the one exercise a day scares me.

eveline, my wife and I have had similar problems with the program. I suggest you post this down in the exercise feedback board. I know Adrian reads that and responds. He said they are having server problems at the moment but I would repost this down there to be sure he reads it.
