hey everyone i would like to know what the best protein you can take like for ex..myloplex,nitro tech etc...i want to use it like 3 times a day mornign afternoon and night..thank you

What works best for one's body will not necessarily work the best for another....do you mean what is a popular brand??Most inexpensive??...if you are lookin for the best, it depends on your bodies chemistry...try some till you find one you like.

Whey protein is the best so they say, but on the other hand, good old milk and egg protein is the best as well. Keep in mind that you should only add the protein supplement to your current diet. I aim for around 1g per pound of body weight.

2 separate entities can't be the "best". There is no best in this situation because all protein is good when taken at the proper time because of different absorbtion rates. Do some research on the sight here, about different proteins and their benefits.
