Ok I am probably lying about that last question part. Anyways, I have read many posts about probs with getting the 12 week ab program. I am over that. I am ready to go for 8 weeks. Still, like I mentioned earlier, my charts still only show one or two exercises per day, for example Monday I do Leg Lifts, that's it!. Will this do anything at all. Isn't it better to do more than just one exercise per day?

Nope my husband left in March and will be home in Feb or March. No vacation time for him. Our daughter will be 10 or 11 months old when he meets her. I was 221 pounds when he left, down to 153 now, trying to get really cute for when he gets back. It may sound very trivial but it gives me something to focus on, if not, the whole war and people trying to kill my huband issue brings me to far down. So, off to the gym I go!

Really? Hmmm, it sends me to a cool home workout program. Hmmm, sorry evelline. Excuse me Charlie, you kno9w I haven't had a smoke for 3 days and am just about to either break the nasty habit or cave so why are you hassling me? hahahaha JOKE JOKE hahaha You know I love you hon. :-) Anyway, here's what the page showed me.
HOME TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Perform the exercises listed below every three days. The time at which you perform them is up to you. Everybody's personal schedule is unique, so fit it in when is most convenient for you. It is preferable that you train in the morning because your body's natural growth hormone levels are at their highest. We also recommend that you have a light snack one hour or so prior to your workout, preferably with a good source of carbohydrates to fuel your exercise ... Good Luck!
Chest - Push ups
Shoulders - Side laterals
Back - Chins between Chairs
Biceps - Can curls
Triceps - Dips behind the back
Abdominals - Crunches
Legs - Free Squats
Calves - Calf Raises
