well i have been lifting for about 3 months have notice some gain but i want to get bigger and want to know if i am going about it right so i sign up and it gives me a plan but i was wonder the reps go done like 12 6 5 4 do i go up in weight as the reps go down or stay at the staring weight

usually, you would increase the weight as you go down. The high number of rep is a warm up. Be sure to only increase to what you can handle, form is important to all the workouts.
