i have always done paralell squats, but i read all the time to go full range of motion on all excercises, so i been expierements with below parelall squats , an di feel the burn more in my quads.
no wmy question is, if we only go parelal, aren't we missing about 1/3 of the motion, cause i know more muscle fibers u recuit the more that have to be repaired that makes u bigger? ??

i know, i did it in 2 differnt forums cause i would have poseted it in under 25 but it seems no one goes in there no more, so i did it 2 times so i would kno wi would get an answer in the 2 more popular rooms, so sorry if i did somthing worng
