If I snowboard 4 times a week at an advanced level, but want to keep up a weight training and cardio workout at the same time, how often should i work out? How much is too much?
I was boarding 6 times a week last year (Utah)... I worked out upperbody a lot however lower body I did not worry about too much since all the backcountry powder kept my legs worked out.. Also I cut back on my Cardio for the same reasons... My sister was Semi-pro For a long time and she would work out the same as she did in the off season
