Hi. I'm new to this and i would like to know when submitting data into the database in the input weight used field are you entering your body weight plus the weight that you are using or just the extra weight that you are using? This is kind of comfusing for excercises like pushups and squats. Thanks
For exercises where you use weight (squat, presses, etc.) input the weight lifted. For exercices such as pushups, chins, dips, etc. leave the weight section blank and enter reps performed.
