Hey, this is probably a dumn question, but I haven't worked out in about year. Would I be considered a beginner now?

It will "feel" like you are a beginner when starting up again, but if you worked out any length of time before you will quickly regain some form and pass this stage. You will probably after a year at the very least start with a beginners program to get acclimated again. Welcome to FT, great to have you on board.

you can always put beginner down so you get yourself back into the rutine of working out. You dont want to go hard when you first start out again. take it easy and work your way back into your rutine
