Hey, my name is Jeremy from Tennessee and I have been working out for about a year and a half without the results I wanted, I am currently in the 5th week of an intermediate strength and mass progam and have put on about 6 pounds of muscle mass. I started at 129lb and am up to 135!!! I, as well as others have noticed a huge diffence in definition as well. Thanks so much for the advice and help!!!!!
