Hi,
I am new to free trainers. I have a few questions. I have been doing BFL since 2001. I have started getting lazy and falling back into my old habits. The problem is meal planning. I do great when I have a meal plans, but I hate taking the time to plan them. I thought that this website gave you meal plans. Not true? Also, I went to chat and no one was there. Do people ever chat here in regards to nutrition, etc.?

I look forward to hearing from someone.

There's a folder on these forums for chat schedules, but I haven't seen one scheduled.

When I go to "Nutritional Plan" on my computer it shows what protein/fat/carb rates I should aim for - then you click below that and there is a list of meats and what they contain - so it seems like a build your own type thing. Ugh. Maybe someone can suggest some good pre-made diet plans for your size/calorie requirement (you'd have to post that here).

I'm easy in that regard - I tend to eat the same thing over and over and over. Laziness I think.

There are several suggestions on meal plans and diets on the message boards. Do a search.

Have you decided to add meat to your diet or are you sticking to a vegetarian diet.
