last summer first week of july i broke my coller bone on my right arm. I am looking for a basic work out so i regain my strenght, i didnt get surgery or anthing i just used a strap around my shoulder...
i would like any advice on how to work on my shoulders and upper body. i am currentyl 5ft 9in about 230lb, once my strenght is back in my right arm i will begin full time building with high protene and low fast diet....
