I'm trying to figure out a good diet. I paid someone to come up with one here on the net. They are telling me to do 70% - Protein ( 2 grams per pound of bodyweight 20% - Fat 10% - Carbs It seems to be a little exsessive I'm just wondering how I'm to take in that much protein I'm about 345lbs Are there protein products that can give me the amount i need? or is this diet a joke? any help would be great.

Yes, it can be done. You have to eat 4-6 meals (every 2-3 hours) a day with a good amount of protein with each meal. You can substitute regular food with MRPs that contain 40+ grams of protein per serving.

Not sure if you want to go 2 grams per pound of bodyweight as it will be difficult to just maintain 1 gram per pound. Good luck...

There are no stupid questions. Mrps are meal replacements. Get them at health food or fitness supply places.
