I lift for strength and don't really care much for mass. If any one could reference me to a good routine, I'd appreciate it. Reps, weight, how often, ect. ( I been lifting for a couple years already but lately have hit a platuea in strength for a while so its time to start over with something totally new.) Thanks every one.
P.S: I have access to freeweights, and machines.
