Hi guys:
I know I shouldn't want to lose weight too fast - but I find that people that say that it's bad to do that aren't fat!!! Anyways I have two goals. First to lose as much weight as possible by February 14th (my wedding) and second to lose 67 pounds total. This site says I should take in 2757 calories a day. Now, while I do work out and play lots of tennis that still seems like a lot..is it? I'm not seeing results with severly lessening my calories so I want to try something else. Any suggestions please help!!

The caloric total should be used a starting point only. You'll need to adjust by 250 per week. Overall, how's your diet? You may also want to add other cardio activities to help you burn calories.

What many do not realize when they look at those calorie requirements is that it DOES NOT include junk foods. It is good, nutritious foods. You will be surprised at how hard it is to meet those numbers with a good, clean diet with the proper breakdown of p/c/f. Good Luck Mila
