Guys I have changed the days I work out and have started a new schedule. Although I have put on my profile I only have the use of free weights, my schedule seems to have put a hell of a lot of machine exercises in there that do not look like they can be duplicated with free weights. Anybody else have the same problem and how have you over come it?

Chancedog A lot of people have that problem including me. I usually go to the exercise recources and swap them.
