how much creatine should i take

i just got some prolab creatine monohydrate and it says to take it twice daily (10g a day) during maintenance. should i take it twice a day or just take it once a day (5g)?

Please give us a little information about yourself, your goals, etc., and also fill out your profile so we have a some info to go by.

I use the same product and take 10 grams a day as the bottle suggests.

I am not sure what your fitness goals are but if your looking to build muscle mass and get the most out of your workouts follow the directions on the bottle.

I stay on the product for 6-8 weeks and cycle off of it for 4 weeks.
