dextrose source: SweetTarts?

Just wondering if there is anything wrong with using SweetTarts for dextrose/maltodextrin post workout with protein shake.

According to the wrapper these babies are basically pure dextros/malto and man...I love SweetTarts.

OOOOOOOOOH....REALLY!?? This would save me Alot of time getting the stuff in pure form from some website. BB1FIT...is this true?

Well, they are loaded, and in a pinch they may suffice, kind of like Smarties also. But how many of them would you have to do to make your required gr. total? I would recommend the real thing, this would insure the protein being driven into the cells at the correct instance.

Yeah you pretty much have to eat a whole pack to get 50 grams don't you. But I still love SweetTarts.
