Hello everyone.
I am Tammy from Ohio,USA. I am a mother to 2 young children, a wifeof 15 yrs and a full time student. I currently weigh 185.5 pounds I am 5'2". I am looking for a plan and support to get this weight off and to keep it off for good. I am looking for a pen pal to help me thru this journey. My email is tlanning@neo.rr.com.
My goal is to wear a size 10 or weigh 130 pounds which ever happens first. :)
I am looking foward to meeting many new friends.

Hi Tammy and welcome to FT. You found a great place for pen pals here. We all support each other here like a big family.

Thank you for posting so fast. I have tried many plans. I am trying o limit my carb intake right now and increase my water also. I have a 3-4 week break from school and would like to loss enough for others to notice.

Are you doing anytype of exercise? Cardio?
Sorry fryer, can't help with the spasms. Maybe a couple of Krspykremes and a slider?

That is awful nice of ya, but after you posted that 1 KK has 12 grams of fat-not, going to do it...As for sliders; will not touch them until the scientific community finds out what there made of!

Right now I am a couch potato. I will start with my walk away the pounds tapes and a ab workout.
