I train 6 days a week and take a day off. I exercise heavy weights on 2 muscles a day 2 times a week. For example:

Chest and bi - monday
Shoulder and tri - tuesday
Upper back and lower back - wednesday
Chest and bi - thursday
Shoulder and tri - Friday
Upper back and lower back - saturday
REST - sunday

^^^Is that good??

My diet is getting better by the day. I have a shake after a work. I drink nothing when i work out is that bad? But i drink enough water during the day. I looking to gain mass. I dont do any cardio or work on my abs. I have the upper abs coming through but because i dont do any cardio or sit ups i dont have any lower abs.

So the meaning of this post is can anyone help me or guide me on the path of gain mass muscles??

Well, I must ask, are you gaining on this routine? If not, it's probably because you are not resting nor drinking enough. You are hitting the same muscle groups twice in the same week. I'm not necessarily against that, but there is not enough rest in between. I would recommend going 2 days on, 1 day off; 1 day on, 1 day off; then repeat.

Remember, you don't grow in the gym. Also, you need to drink water before, during and after your workout.

Hope this helps...

My weight has increased 5lbs in 2 weeks. Ill start drink now.

I used to do the 1 day on, 1 day off isnt effective, but i heard someone say that it wasnt that affective, so i created this routine, but next week ill go back to the 1 day on, 1 day off.
