I just took a look at my plan for next week. On the biceps, it has me doing the same excercise twice (two hand cable curls). Usually it gives me two different excercises per body part. I understand that mixing up the routine is important but is this right?

Looks like a program boo-boo. Just sub a different one for the second exercise. Sometimes these things just happen!
