Clean out the junk! Sodas, suger, refined foods. Unfortunately just about everything that someone 14 years old would consume on a regular basis. Fortunately, at 14, you have a metabolism that is pretty forgiving. Lean meats, quality carbs (veggies, grains), good fats. Cut back or eliminate everything else. The choices and habits you make now will help you later.
