IM 14 AND I WANT TO LOSE FAT WHILE GETTING TONED, I DO CARDIO 5 TIMES A WEEK FOR 30 MINUTES AND LIFT WEIGHTS TOO. ALL I NEED NOW IS A DIET THAT COULD HELP SHED FAT.

Clean out the junk! Sodas, suger, refined foods. Unfortunately just about everything that someone 14 years old would consume on a regular basis. Fortunately, at 14, you have a metabolism that is pretty forgiving. Lean meats, quality carbs (veggies, grains), good fats. Cut back or eliminate everything else. The choices and habits you make now will help you later.
