I read your other post...seems you asked this question twice. At 5'3" and female, I can see why you would ask this question. While everyone has their definition of "too fat," I don't think that is the case here. You probably feel you look this way because you may lack definition that you can obtain by working out and dieting.

Your 14! Are you involved in athletics at your high-school. Volleyball,basketball,track,etc.. are all great easy ways to meet new people and get exercise. Does your school have weight or exercise equiptment??? My personal advise to you is... be happy with who you are. If you want to lose weight do it because YOU want to. Not because of what other people say or think! And remember, you are only 14. Your young and your body is still developing.

You don't necessarily need money to be involved in sports. Just adopt an activity that you like/enjoy.

School sports cost money and my family is going through a rough time now... so, i cant even go to the gym or anything , but i guess its gonna work out somehow
