I have been reading for a couple of weeks now and you guys have really inspired me
I had an accident a little over a year ago and broke my wrist in 2 places and also broke my pelvis in 3 places and am so ready to get exercising again...Everything is fine just very weak and need lots of advise on how to get stronger and lose weight as well

Welcome here Volunteer. Great place to meet your fitness goals.agamble is right on. Take your time, its a long haul thing. Research the exercise but more importantly pay attention to your diet.
