Hi, I'm a 40 yo and I recently had surgery on dick in neck. I was down to 172lbs from 230lbs. Now am gaining weight slowly back since surgery. From what I have viewed on this site I really think I can achieve my goal of weight loss and fitness.

Sounds painful unless you meant disk in neck. You are in the right place for health and fitness. Welcome to FT.

One never knows charlie...I once received a call on one of our Corporate Fax Machines that was broke...Went to see if I could fix it, and found a big note stating;

Yes, jokes are played on me at work...At least the person could have put Fax Machine, rather then Printer....

One can take words/statements in so many different ways, can't they..Had an auto claim come across my desk, and the Police Report stated that; I don't know what happened; I took one look at my mother-in-law, and drove into the ditch...Hmmmm, must not be to pretty to look at, huh...
