hey everyone this post is intended for anyone with a busy life style. First off i am a hard gainer...im 6 foot 152lbs...ive been that way for like 2 years now..my goal is to gain weight and increase my muscle mass. I know how important nutrition is in achieving my fitness goals. My problem is i am a full time college student (commuter) and after school i work a full time job. I really have no time to get in all the food that i need to pack on some lbs. All i really want out of this post is some feedback from people who have my same problem and have achieved results and how they did it. thanks and merry christmas

There really is no substitute to eating 4-6 meals per day to help you gain weight. Yes, you can resort to powdered weight gainers.

However, I suggest you make time the night before to prepare your meals for the next day. I'm a hardgainer myself but found that exceeding my daily maintenance calories helped me to gain 20 pounds.

Good luck!

Some people take a day and prepare the weeks food in advance, prepackage it, and freeze it. If you could do that you would be set. Sometimes if I have a hectic week coming up I will cook a turkey breast and use it all week. Soups, rice, pasta, can all be prepared in advance. Be creative-you gotta eat especially if you are working all the time.
