I am 15 years old and I weigh 140 pounds. My goal is to build muscle mass. I am taking protein, creatine monohydrate, glutamine, and zma. I just wanted to know if that is too many supplements for me to take. Thank you.

Yes. At 15, you don't need ANY supplements! Your body is already pumping out a ton of hormones, and your metabolism is through the roof. Eat right, train hard, get your rest, and all of your goals can be achieved.
