does anybody else get sick of taking supplements?

they are expensive and seem to only work for the first couple weeks, if at all. I've been trying different ones for the last couple years and i don't think they have made any difference in the long run. Complete waste of money.

There is no magic bullet to attaining your goals. Supplements do just that - they supplement your diet, training, and rest. If those three things are not in line first and foremost, supplements will do jack. Also, alot of people who take supplements may not really need them for their particular goals. They may not have the intense training regimens that may warrant using supplements; or they may just be too young, to the end that taking a supplement may have no impact on what the body is already able to produce.

I've seen the results ever since I began taking supps....
It doesn't necessairly need to be expensive stuff but often a good vitamine pill and a protein powder help wonders!
When I'll stop doing sport, I'll stop supplementing..... so never!
