There is no magic bullet to attaining your goals. Supplements do just that - they supplement your diet, training, and rest. If those three things are not in line first and foremost, supplements will do jack. Also, alot of people who take supplements may not really need them for their particular goals. They may not have the intense training regimens that may warrant using supplements; or they may just be too young, to the end that taking a supplement may have no impact on what the body is already able to produce.
