I just wanted to share that I set a new personal record on my squat on Sunday. I hit 495 lbs for 5 reps. Before this strength program, I could barely get 315 for 2 or 3. But since getting on it, I've seen my strength grow considerably. Not to mention my size.
I can't wait to see how my growth will continue. This is the best!
Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukka to all!

jplatz...I have been watching your post(s)...You have really dedicated yourself to weight training, and your accomplishments are outstanding...Awesome job! Quarter ton laying across your shoulders and squating for reps...Damn!
My knees would never let me do that, but your dedication and accomplishments are bound to drive me to be disiplined..Eating right, weight training, and the disipline to do that day in and day out can be quite challenging, and to see what you have done, can drive another to try to follow suit...Thanks for the updates, keep posting, and once again; GREAT JOB!
