Well I would just like to wish everyone in the ft community a HAPPY HOLIDAY (what ever your celebration is at this time of year)and a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Let us be able to cheat a little, but healthy. And may our goals be reached through our dedication to the lifestyle we have chosen.
